Summary
Removes
@latestfromyarn create cloudflarecommands because yarn create automatically downloads the latest version and fails if you specify a version using the@syntax. This PR changes all of the locations where the command is hard coded. We need to change the component for frameworks/templates.Screenshots (optional)
