Remove mentions of Bun

Summary

This PR clarifies Wrangler's support policy for Bun, and removes mention of Bun for C3.

See cloudflare/workers-sdk#8039 for the relevant implementation change, and justification.

Additionally, this removes the https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/tutorials/generate-dynamic-og-images-using-workers/ tutorial

@penalosa I believe we're now missing a redirect for:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers/tutorials/generate-dynamic-og-images-using-workers/
(probably redirecting users to the Tutorials main page)

A temporary redirect to the tutorial main page until we republish this tutorial with the suggested changes makes sense to me.
