[Workflows] Cleaning up "Platform" sidebar

Summary

1. Removing redundant "Overview" page.
2. Removing "Choose a data or storage product" link, as Workflows is not a storage product.
3. Public redirect has been setup to redirect possible bookmarks back to Workflows pricing.
4. No other internal links were updated, as it was never used.
