Summary
Gartner req --> Have an entry in the changelog that helps connect folks to the historical release notes that live at
/cloudflare-one/changelog.In addition to that, I backfilled a few entries for the areas that hadn't already gotten a full entry in the new
/changelogpage, though this definitely needs to be audit checked by ZT PMs to make sure I didn't hallucinate + needs a screenshot for theemail-securityone.PCX-16420
