fix: rename realtimekit.yaml to realtime-kit.yaml

Summary

This PR renames the realtimekit.yaml file to realtime-kit.yaml. This is to fix the logo in the products directory.

This change works because there is a file called realtime-kit.svg in src/icons. The file name needs to match for the icon to display.

Before:

The logo of RealtimeKit is "R".

After:

The logo is fixed to the "Realtime" logo.
