- Added section "Import with npm create cloudflare" explaining how to use `getCloudflareContext` from `@opennextjs/cloudflare` when initializing a project with `npm create cloudflare@latest --framework=next --platform=pages`. - Included code example demonstrating KV binding usage. - Clarified that in this setup it is not necessary to install `@cloudflare/next-on-pages` or to add `setupDevPlatform();` in `next.config.mjs`.
