Java Buildpack v4.36

I'm pleased to announce the release of the java-buildpack, version 4.36. This release focuses quarterly JDK updates.

• OpenJDK Versions 1.8.0_282, 11.0.10_9, and 15.0.2_10
• Geode Tomcat Session Store version 1.13.0 (via @sabbey37 #843)
• Allows AppDynamics config from artifact (via @vchrisb #840)
• Allows custom AppDynamics config over HTTPS (via @jvshahid #838)
• Support AppDynamics names with spaces (via @jvshahid #837)
