Completely refactors this action from scratch.
It should now work for ANY kind of Modrinth projects (not just plugins). All API parameters are now directly controllable via action inputs.
The action now runs in a Docker container which means we no longer need to push
distand dependency code into the repo.Less & simpler code. Version inferring has been completely left out. You can now instead use versions like
1.21.xas a shorthand for all patch versions.
