idea - map will take options for projections from among a dropdown, not implemented yet
works for NetCDF4 data, not sure about other data sources, will check
need to fix copied docker files, etc

I am opening this as a draft pull request so others can try.
Right now this works with the ASJP files for PDG - the outputs at the end. These are not a time series, and I will share some files on google drie.
