For studying the efficiency and the mistag rate of MET filters we need to specify the phase spaces properly which highly depends on the dataset. the conditions are listed below:
- Applying Jet ID (TWiki page)
- 2016: Loose WP
- 2017: TightLepVeto WP
- 2018: TightLepVeto WP
-
Applying Medium WP for Muon ID (TWiki page)
-
Applying Tight WP in PF Isolation for Muon (TWiki page)
-
Conditions in JetHT dataset
- Number of Jets (with pt > 200 GeV) >= 2
- Δφ > 2.9
- 0.8 < pt(j1) / pt(j2) <1.2
- PF MET < 100 GeV
-
Conditions in DoubleMuon dataset
- Number of Muons (with pt > 30 GeV) == 2
- 81 GeV < Inv. Mass of Muons system < 101 GeV
- PF MET < 50 GeV
-
Conditions in EGamma and Single Electron datasets
- Number of Electrons (with pt > 30 GeV) == 2
- 81 GeV < Inv. Mass of Electrons system < 101 GeV
- PF MET < 50 GeV
-
Conditions in SingleMuon dataset
- Number of Muons (with pt > 30 GeV) == 1
- Transvers mass of (Muon + PF MET) system < 120 GeV
- PF MET < 100 GeV
-
Conditions in MC datasets
- MET < 100 GeV
