Revival of #2064, adds the framework for lore tapes, also changes the name of the walkman to be closer to it's A:RPG equivalent.

Commenting so I can find this later; looks super cool!!

Sprites look fairly good, but there's a few things that I would change.

• Outline on the top is too dark, use a slightly brighter color for the top of the tape recorder
• Needs to be more contrast between the buttons on the bottom with the dark outlines of the green color, brighter overall for the black colors
• Top should have the light on it extending to the edges of the tape recorder like so

- While you are at it, it may be a neat little tidbit to make it look like a different button is pressed down if its open/recording/playing.
