Update sdk to build protos automatically

• Update protos to use absolute paths for imports to eliminate the need for protoletariat.
• Also update ComputeService.AddDatasinks to also specify the sources that each data sink should receive to mitigate wrong input format errors at the backend engines.
• Remove protobuf generated files from source control, these are now built automatically during uv build.
