This PR solves the issue reported in #165 and makes it possible to use QuickQanava after a typical make install.

To achieve this, not much work was needed. The main change is to remove the local section of include paths, so the ./ or ../ prefix. Most other things then started working right away. Two headers where missing from the install, and one set of headers was installed into a different directory than the source tree uses. However these where minor fixes.

Minor change, to avoid relative include paths. Updated to latest develop branch.
