example: add the tutorial of performing live updates

• added the documentation to walk through the functionalities of the live updates

When I created #716, what was in my mind was a document to walk through the main functionalities of live updates, similar to https://cocoindex.io/docs/getting_started/quickstart. We can use this example as the code used in the documentation.
