This pull request includes a folder for lesson_01, there are multiple files which include: a markdown file for the README, an image folder, two html files and a python file.

The hw_lesson01.html is the file that is a copy of my lesson00 README in html. the other files refer to the stretch portion that was requested. You didn't message me directly but I do have a computer science degree, so I attempted to do it.

I am a few years removed from college so the stretch was difficult. I have a little familiarity with python. I was able to create a script that converts markdown files to html but I didn't know how to create the front end aspect for an app and I didn't want AI to feed me the answer so I tried without using it too much, outside of aiding with some syntax issues.

Feedback

The submission successfully meets all the functional and technical requirements outlined in the grading criteria.

Functionally, the HTML README uses proper spelling and grammar, maintaining a formal yet approachable voice. It clearly addresses communication preferences by outlining how to work with Evander, emphasizing clear communication, shared goals, and mutual respect. The document also provides useful insights into Evander's working style, preferences, and personal interests, which helps others understand how to best collaborate with him.

Technically, the HTML file includes more than two images and contains multiple lists, fulfilling the requirements. The document is well-structured with appropriate headings and exceeds the 300-word minimum. The file is appropriately named, and the HTML rendering closely matches the visual style of a GitHub markdown README, as evidenced by the use of consistent styling and formatting. The submission also includes a CSS section to ensure the HTML mimics the markdown style, demonstrating attention to detail.

Overall, the submission is well-executed, comprehensive, and adheres closely to the assignment's requirements, making it a strong example of converting a markdown README to HTML.

How is this file supposed to differ from converted_md_file.html? You should have one or the other, not both,

The converted_md_file.html is the converted file created from the python script. The README.html file is the hand written code I did for the original assignment asking to do the README.md in html.

It would be good to have this file and the images can go into a different subfolder.

Your script should deal with images somehow, either by linking to the same path or moving the files.
