Users will now be able to see the full list of configs applied to the compiler in the playground. Adds greater discoverability for config options to override as well. Updated the default config as well to be a commented config option, so users will start with empty overrides. <!-- Explain the **motivation** for making this change. This was prone to races and sometimes messed up symbolication when multiple source maps were fetched simultaneously.
