  1. Added SolanaTransaction table in postgress to store transaction signature .
  2. Added isAmountClaimed field in validator table .
  3. Completed /api/v1/payout/:validatorId endpoint
  4. Added poller service to periodically poll 10 transactions from db and getSignatureStatuses of transaction and processing them accordingly .
