  • Even though I was working remotely, we could communicate with each other and got things done

  • We should avoid procrastination
  • Don't spend too much time in the mornings organizing our ideas
  • Prioritize the PR in order to be more productive
  • Prepare the demo with time and avoid add stories close to deadline
