Update About page content to focus on autonomous SWE agents

This PR updates the content for the About page on docs.codegen.com to shift the emphasis from code modifications to autonomous SWE agents.

Changes:

1. Replaced "Making large-scale code changes more accessible" with "Building autonomous SWE agents that integrate with developer workflows"
2. Added "Creating AI assistants that respond intelligently to triggers from Slack, GitHub, and Linear"
3. Updated "Building tools that work the way developers think" to "Developing tools that understand and enhance how developers work"
4. Changed "Advancing the state of the art in program transformation" to "Advancing the capabilities of AI in software engineering"

These changes better reflect the current product focus on autonomous SWE agents that are triggered via Slack/Linear/Github/etc., while maintaining the overall mission and structure of the page.

The updated content is provided in the markdown file about-page-update.md, which can be used to replace the current content on the About page at https://docs.codegen.com/introduction/about.
