chore: update phpstan baseline count of errors

Description
The update brings the correct count of baselined errors. To date, that's a whopping 3,800 errors.

composer phpstan:baseline

Checklist:

• Securely signed commits
• Component(s) with PHPDoc blocks, only if necessary or adds value
• Unit testing, with >80% coverage
• User guide updated
• Conforms to style guide
