Summary

extract Gradle patching into a reusable helper script and invoke it from build-android-app.sh
move the HelloCodenameOne instrumentation test into a dedicated tests directory
replace inline CN1SS chunk parsing with a Python helper to simplify run-android-instrumentation-tests.sh
