The top-level developer guide aggregates chapters with include::index.asciidoc[], but the committed chapter is named Index.asciidoc (capital “I”). On case-sensitive build environments (e.g. the Linux runners used in CI), Asciidoctor will fail to resolve this include and the guide cannot be rendered. Please adjust the include to match the file’s case so the documentation build succeeds everywhere.
