P1 Badge Deleting Travis guide leaves broken include in developer manual

This commit removes Travis-CI-Integration.asciidoc, but docs/developer-guide/developer-guide.asciidoc still includes it via include::Travis-CI-Integration.asciidoc[]. Asciidoctor will fail (or at least emit a missing include warning and omit that section) when building the developer guide after this change. Consider also removing or replacing the include to avoid a broken build.
