Updated commons-vfs2 to 2.10.0 and resolved a NoSuchMethodError by excluding the transitive commons-logging dependency, preventing conflicts with Log4jApiLogFactory and older Log4j versions in the Maven environment. Verified via dependency tree analysis.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12307844369354126576 started by @shai-almog

Updated `commons-vfs2` dependency in `maven/pom.xml` from 2.7.0 to 2.10.0.
Excluded `commons-logging` from `commons-vfs2` to prevent `NoSuchMethodError` caused by `Log4jApiLogFactory` in `commons-logging` 1.3.x, which conflicts with Log4j versions present in the Maven plugin classpath. The build falls back to a safe `commons-logging` 1.2 present in the dependency tree.
