Introduce a new desktop image wrapping the base image with XFCE, intended to serve as a base for templates using KasmVNC.
This change reduces the base image size by switching from enterprise-base to enterprise-minimal, ensuring a more lightweight setup. Additionally, it enhances security and performance by adding curl and cleaning up apt lists, freeing up space and removing unnecessary cached data.

Curl is already included in the base image, so its installation is redundant. This change ensures a more streamlined and optimized Dockerfile for the Ubuntu desktop environment.
