Enhanced error handling in fetchProjectReleaseDetails to throw descriptive errors. Updated Layout.vue to display user-friendly error messages when release details fail to load or are not found, and added corresponding i18n strings for both English and Russian.

Now when release is not found, Release Overview page does not handle API errors.

Also, API won't return 500, but 404. Related codex-team/hawk.api.nodejs#605
