Clarified the workshop leader role to emphasise focusing on meeting learning objectives in spirit, rather than covering all content. Added guidance for leaders to adapt workshop activities to participant needs, prioritising depth and engagement over quantity. Included recommendations for monitoring participant engagement and using breaks and group activities strategically.
