feat: Add Emergency Button UI and Real-Time Dashboard Notification (SMS & Email Pending)

This PR implements the core structure and functionality for the Emergency Button feature on the Patient Dashboard, allowing patients to trigger emergency alerts that notify hospital staff (doctors) in real-time via the admin panel.
Partly fixes issue #64

Implemented Features:

• Emergency Button added to the Patient Dashboard.
• Real-time socket-based alert system broadcasting emergency alerts to Doctors.
• Location sharing support if patient grants permission.
• Confirmation step to avoid accidental alert triggers.
• Displays a success message after the alert is sent.

Pending (To Be Completed in a Follow-up PR):

• SMS Notification to hospital emergency contact.
• Email Alert with patient and emergency details.
