Overview
Regenerates the Fern TypeScript SDK metadata, bumping Fern CLI (
0.112.1→4.23.0), generator (3.28.7→3.53.13), and SDK version (7.20.1→7.21.0), and records the origin commit in.fern/metadata.json.Updates formatting/lint tooling to Biome
2.4.3and refreshespnpm-lock.yaml, pulling in newer resolved versions across the dependency graph (notably AWS SDK/Smithy, build tooling likewebpack/rollup/esbuild).
