Spatial modeling analysis for the foot-and-mouth disease epidemic in Mar Chiquita, Argentina

This code accompanies the manuscript Musa et al., Transmission network for foot-and-mouth disease epidemic in Mar Chiquita - Argentina: A spatial modeling analysis. (preprint link).

This analysis has to parts:

1. Parameter estimation using MLE, the R code for this is under the param-estimation folder.
2. Network model simulation using MCMC, implemented in R notebooks under mcmc-simulations
