Summary

scaffold new modular directories under src/modules
define shared models and powerups enums
add API adapters, utilities, logging and UI placeholders
introduce Jest mocks and starter tests with fixtures
enforce strict TS options and add ESLint config
add Husky pre-commit hook and lint-staged
add CI workflow and Typedoc config
refine scaffolding and CI
