This PR adds react-f3 to the ecosystem documentation.

React-f3 is some sort of "spiritual successor" to react-zorm which seems to be abandoned.

Walkthrough

A new form library resource entry was added to the formIntegrations list in the ecosystem documentation component. The addition includes react-f3, a React-based form toolkit package, along with its npm URL and a brief description. The entry includes the necessary metadata fields (name, URL, description, and repository slug) to integrate with the existing documentation structure. No functional logic, control flow, or other components were modified as part of this change.
