Creating a slight variation of the TensorboardProfiler panel that defaults to the torch_profiler tab, for teams using torch profiler instead of the tensorboard profiler
Additionally, updated line 59 to log files to a 'log' directory, so that a user doesn't always have to name their directory 'logs'.
