Update default column order and visibility for the Prompt Library table. Reordered DEFAULT_COLUMNS to: Name, Versions, Type, Last updated, ID, Description, Tags, Created, Created by. Updated DEFAULT_SELECTED_COLUMNS to show: Name, Versions, Type, Last updated (removed Description).
