Fixes #6178
What changes did you make and why?
Bumped up version code and name. Reintroduced Explore and used the latest main branch for the release this time as we had already submitted the changes in milestone 12 twice (and got rejected both the times).
Note: Please merge this PR only after we successfully pass the Play Store reviews 😅

Tested prodDebug on moto g34 5g with API level 34.
