This is the wasm counterpart to the environment.yml we aleardy have. Its now those who just want the latest release wasm version of the kernel for their deployment, rather than having to build the main branch.

Why is this required ?
The environment.yml is required cause its used by our binder link. And even if this is required, it won't be useful untill we make a release (planned soon) and update the recipe on emscripten-forge !
