This commit updates unqlite.c and unqlite.h, otherwise building KiCad-Librarian will fail with:
Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
"_SyStrncmp", referenced from:
_unixOpen in unqlite.c.o
not sure if this is macOS specific. unqlite.c/h taken from https://github.com/symisc/unqlite
