Adaptations of existing functions to access data located on an S3 bucket.
The scripts
postprocessing.py,count_cells.py, andextract_block.pywere tested on the S3 bucket.The
unet_prediction.pyhas been tested but aborted because it took too long compared to computing the prediction locally.WIP
