Fix: set loglevels when using bbdebug

Is not giving the debug level via the bitbake command enough for your case?

bitbake conan-mosquitto -D level

Hi,
When building any package using conan.bbclass or any image containing this package, the following error occurs:
ERROR: packagename-0.1.0-r0 do_configure: Usage: bbdebug [123] "message"

Based on logging.bbclass, not providing the correct number of args will generate a bbfatal, and that's what we had in our project.

Usage of bbdebug requires adding a loglevel. See : https://github.com/openembedded/openembedded-core/blob/26f35f866cf7888431963cf4fc5d2019cd28de74/meta/classes-global/logging.bbclass#L97
