@leofang I hate having to silence the missing libcuda warning in this very generic way with mca_base_component_show_load_errors=0, as it may mask other unrelated issues. However, there are no alternatives left, as opal_warn_on_missing_libcuda=0 does not seem to work at all. Even Open MPI folks are not sure about it, see #132 (comment) and comments below.

The ppc64le failure is the usual timeout. Merge and retry on main.
