The motivation is to get a newer version of lib-krb5, specifically 1.21.1-4.el9_5 to fix a vulnerability detected by clair scan. This is the same base image currently used in main branch, see commit 234d9f4 .

I think rpms.lock.yaml will also need an update. |
Required for the cachi2 rpm prefetching. Used hack/update-rpm-lock.sh do update the file, but I needed to add --privileged to make it work, hence the comment.

This is failing on trusted task errors, maybe I need to combine it with #2097. |
