The Fedora 41 test location has timed out. Updating to F43. Also, Fedora now runs anti-AI firewalls which prevent us from getting the needed JSON files from FCOS builds AND pulling their respective images. Signed-off-by: Brent Baude <bbaude@redhat.com>
