This commit updates the GitHub Actions workflow to collect .deb packages from github repository https://github.com/p12tic/podman-compose-test-data, enabling the installation of a newer podman-5.7.1 version on Debian Trixie. Signed-off-by: Monika Kairaityte <monika@kibit.lt>

This commit updates the GitHub Actions workflow to collect .deb packages from repository https://github.com/p12tic/podman-compose-test-data, enabling the installation of a newer podman-5.7.1 version on Debian Trixie and allowing to run podman-compose tests on podman-5.7.1 version too.
Fixes #1395.
