Fix errors : If @dqbd/tiktoken does not have the same model name, convert it to the name of a compatible model

• exist : gpt-4o
• non-exist : gpt-4o-mini
• gpt-4o-mini -> gpt-4o when convert model to encoding (o200k_base)
