Introduces v2 docs for Workflow Agents and updates the CLI guide with beta support for running workflows locally. Improves onboarding with GitHub/model setup, clearer configuration, and best practices.

  • New Features
    • Added “Creating Workflow Agents” and “Editing Workflow Agents” docs covering prompts, tools/rules, versioning, and troubleshooting.
    • Expanded intro with step-by-step setup (GitHub connect, model selection, repo/branch, prompt), quick links, and best practices.
    • Updated CLI guide with the --workflow flag and examples for headless and TUI runs.


### Workflow Agents (Beta)

You can run Continue Hub workflow agents locally using the `--workflow` flag. This is primarily used to iterate on workflows until they are reliable for use in the Hub [Agents interface](../hub/workflows/intro)
