This change looks unintentional. The file is named for the "Turbo" variant but is being changed to point to Meta-Llama-3.1-405B-Instruct-Lite-Pro instead. Additionally, the context length dropped from 130815 to 4096, and the apply and edit roles were removed.
If the Turbo model is being deprecated in favor of Lite-Pro, consider renaming this file to reflect that, or create a separate config for Lite-Pro while keeping/deprecating this one appropriately.
