Update Readme.md

Updated readme.md to make it more concise and clear.

Here's what I did:

1. Reformat so that it's easier to read.
2. Organize content in a much more logical manner
3. Add more detailed steps for installation and Development Setup.
4. Improve the Troubleshooting Section with clearer instructions.
5. Clarify the different between Devlopment and Production builds of the extension.
6. Update the existing content and structure to be easier to use.
