Update package-lock.json with dependency upgrades and removals

- Upgraded @nestjs/common and @nestjs/core to version 11.1.9.
- Updated file-type to version 21.1.0 and load-esm to version 1.0.3.
- Upgraded axios to version 1.13.2 and glob to version 13.0.0.
- Removed outdated dependencies including @isaacs/cliui and jackspeak.
- Updated various other dependencies to their latest versions, including minimatch and path-to-regexp.
