Replaces #76, in order to set the base branch to
merge/bsc/v.1.5.12.This fix fixes most of the failing tests under
tests/testdata.The reason is that Core DAO doesn't include the
PREVRANDAOopcode and keeps theDIFFICULTYas it was. This made a lot of tests from the Ethereum execution test suite fail.This PR, resets the
DIFFICULTYopcode in Satoshi only chain.
