I added a commit to make 42.20250914.1.0 a barrier release as the last next F42 release.

I added a commit to make 42.20250914.1.0 a barrier release as the last next F42 release.

xref: coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker#1935

We definitely need a barrier release for it, but for two reasons, and I think one of them is more important. I'll open a followup PR to update the link (but the git history here will be useful I think).
